1. File Sharing Rules

  • ✅ You may upload and share files anonymously or with a registered account.
  • ✅ Files uploaded without logging in use volatile storage and are automatically deleted after 7 days.
  • ✅ Files uploaded under a registered account may be stored indefinitely, unless you delete them yourself.
  • ✅ Maximum file size for anonymous uploads is 10 GB.
  • ✅ End-to-end encryption is supported, but users are responsible for managing their own encryption keys and passwords.

2. Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload, share, or distribute:

  • 🚫 Illegal content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • 🚫 Copyrighted material you don't have the rights to share
  • 🚫 Malware, viruses, or harmful software unless explicitly shared for authorized, consensual security research or testing
  • 🚫 Content promoting violence, hate, or harassment

Silo.cat supports the responsible use of offensive security tools and malware samples for research, testing, and educational purposes — provided all parties involved have given proper consent and all applicable laws are respected.

3. Privacy and Data

  • ✅ Anonymous uploads require no account and set no cookies or trackers.
  • ✅ Registered users provide minimal account information, which is never sold or shared with third parties.
  • ✅ We respect your privacy and implement strong encryption for your data.

4. Abuse and Removal

We reserve the right to remove files that violate these terms or applicable laws. We may block abusive users or report illegal activity as required by law.

5. Liability

Silo.cat is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for lost data, unauthorized access, or damages arising from your use of this platform.

6. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Indian legal processes.
