1. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the files they upload or share on Silo.cat. Uploading copyrighted material without authorization is prohibited unless your use falls under exceptions such as fair use, research, or consent-based distribution.
2. Takedown Requests
If you believe your copyrighted work has been shared on Silo.cat without permission, you may submit a takedown request by contacting us at:

3. File Removal Process
Upon receiving a valid takedown notice, we will promptly remove or restrict access to the reported file(s). We may notify the uploader if appropriate.
4. Counter-Notifications
If you believe your file was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification with supporting information. You have 30 days from the date of removal to submit a valid counter-notice.
If no valid counter-notification is received within 30 days, the reported file will be permanently deleted from our systems.
We will review all counter-notifications and restore content if legally justified.
5. Repeat Infringers
Users who repeatedly upload infringing content may have their accounts suspended or banned from using Silo.cat.
6. Legal Considerations
We comply with copyright laws applicable in India and other jurisdictions. Submitting false takedown or counter-notices may result in legal consequences.
